Andrew took an unfortunate spill today when we were leaving the pool. He tripped over his flip flops and dove head first into the cement. Paul still hasn't seen it. I tried to describe to him what he looks like, but I don't think there are any words for how bad he looks. Poor guy, we have a wedding in two weeks, lets hope this clears up fast, or this fall will live on in infamy forever. Poor guy!Thursday, July 24, 2008
Poor, Poor Andrew!
Andrew took an unfortunate spill today when we were leaving the pool. He tripped over his flip flops and dove head first into the cement. Paul still hasn't seen it. OH MY GOSH! Were you dying? Poor guy, I bet that killed. Isn't it always before pictures that kids decide to get bruises, scrapes, cuts or whole faces scraped? I love the video of the girls on the takeoff. That's priceless. Heather is such a good aunt. I wish she was here to play with my kids. She's the best.
It's so sad! He seriously looks beaten up-I'm so glad kids are resilient!
I still can't believe that happened at the pool. Jake started running down the same sidewalk and the image of Andrew's face flashed through my mind as I yelled at him to slow down!
I was thinking that his last bump looked bad, but this one takes the cake. poor little stinker.

Oh my goodness, you must be heartbroken for him. It looks like it hurts so bad. I'm glad you were right there for him. Hope he heals up quickly.

Jon's out of town for a week, and I think Ben broke his foot on Friday. Today was the first day he's walked on it, and he's still limping. Poor kids. :(
